Gelato is the Italian word for ice cream, And yet, it is distinctively different from the ordinary frozen desserts you may be accustomed to. Gelato contains substantially less fat than ice cream; it is frozen in a way that allows much less product air build up (referred to as overrun); due to this, it tends to release much richer flavor tones than what you are used to tasting in your local ice cream parlor. It has much richer, more decadent flavor than traditional ice cream yet it is healthier. A 3.5 ounce serving contains four to eight grams of fat or approximately 120 to 160 calories depending on the flavor your choose. Fruit flavors are made without cream or milk and contain less than 2% fat.

Our gelato is made on the premises using a two-step heat process that keeps the texture creamy, smooth and delicious.
